You can request deletion of your Scraler account and personal data at any time — directly inside the app, or by emailing us. No login required.

Include: the email on your account, your full name, and your role (trainer, client, or studio manager) so we can verify your identity.
We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 17.
Or delete from inside the app
If you can still sign in, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the Scraler app on Android or iOS
- Sign in to your account
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
- Open Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your password
Your account is removed immediately. Personal data is erased within minutes, with full removal from backups within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
The following personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems and from backups within 30 days:
- Account profile — name, email, phone number, password, profile picture
- Workouts, training plans, exercise history, and personal records
- Meal plans, food log entries, recipes, and nutrition goals
- Progress photos, body measurements, weight, and check-ins
- Chat messages between you and your trainer or clients
- Voice messages and any media you uploaded
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
- Appointments, schedules, and calendar sync data
- Health data imported from Apple Health or Google Health Connect
- Any subscription preferences, plan settings, and saved drafts
Data we are required to retain
A limited amount of data must be retained for legal compliance. After the retention period it is permanently deleted.

How long does deletion take?
- In-app deletion: immediate. Your account is wiped within minutes.
- Email request: we acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity.
- Backups: rotated every 30 days, after which deleted data is purged from backups too.
