How publishing actually works.
iOS — under your Apple ID
Apple guideline 4.3 disallows multiple branded copies under one developer. So you keep your $99/yr Apple Developer account, fully own the listing, and invite us as Admin to build and submit on your behalf.
Android — under our Play Console
Google Play has no 4.3 equivalent, so we ship your Android app under our Play Console. No Google account, no DUNS, no $25 fee on your end — the listing still shows your business name and icon.
Common questions.
How long does the whole process take?+
About 15 minutes of work on your side. From submission, expect ~1–2 days for Apple review and ~1 day for Google. Usually live within a week.
What plan do I need?+
Custom app is part of the Premium plan, alongside the custom client domain, custom email domain and unlimited clients.
What if I cancel Premium later?+
You get a 14-day grace period after the current billing cycle ends. After that the branded app stops working and your custom domain falls back to the default. Re-upgrading restores everything within a day.
Can existing clients keep their accounts?+
Yes. The branded app is the same Scraler client app under the hood, so existing clients log in with the same credentials.
Do I need to know anything technical?+
No. You upload a logo, pick a color, write some copy. We handle build pipelines, signing, certificates, store metadata and every future OS update.
Can I update branding later?+
Yes. Change the color, app name or screenshots any time. Visual changes ship in the next regular update — usually within a couple of weeks.
