Everfit Pricing Explained (2026)
Everfit runs a free Starter plan plus two paid tracks, Pro and Studio, both priced by client count in steps rather than a flat monthly fee. Meal plans, payments and in-app branding all sit outside the base price. Prices below were checked on Everfit's own pricing page on 22 September 2026.

- Starter is free for 5 clients. Pro starts at $19/month for 5 clients and climbs by client step to $75/month at 35, $140/month at 100, and up to $290/month at 300.
- Studio runs from $105/month for 50 clients to $430/month for 500. Enterprise is by quote only.
- Meal planning is a separate add-on from $39/month; Payments and Packages start at $9/month.
- In-app branding is a $75 one-time fee on Pro and Studio. A real store listing needs Enterprise and a 500-client Studio minimum.
- At 100 clients, Everfit Pro is $140/month, cheaper than Trainerize Pro but well above Scraler Premium at $69/month.
What do Everfit's plans cost?
Everfit lists four tiers, and the two you actually pay for scale by client count rather than staying flat. Pro is built for a solo coach growing a roster; Studio adds team seats and a higher client ceiling. Our coaching software cost calculator prices Everfit against ten rivals at your own roster size.

Every paid plan includes the AI Workout Builder, 1,000+ exercise videos, food journaling, forms and habit coaching. What changes plan to plan is mostly client capacity and team seats, since meal planning, payments and branding are all sold separately on top. Studio adds the team seats a small in-house staff needs, but it does not unlock anything Pro lacks feature for feature, so the choice between them is really a question of headcount rather than functionality.
What does Everfit actually cost at 5, 35, 100 and 300 clients?
Pro is the plan most solo coaches land on, and Everfit publishes its price at named client steps rather than a smooth curve. Here is what a real roster pays at four reference points on its own pricing page.
- Everfit Pro price
- $19/month
- Everfit Pro price
- $75/month
- Everfit Pro price
- $140/month
- Everfit Pro price
- $290/month
| Clients | Everfit Pro price |
|---|---|
| 5 clients | $19/month |
| 35 clients | $75/month |
| 100 clients | $140/month |
| 300 clients | $290/month |
The price nearly quadruples between the smallest and second step, then grows more slowly after that. Above 300, Studio picks up where Pro stops, running from $105 a month at 50 clients to $430 a month at 500. A coach who plans to stay under 35 clients pays a fraction of what a 300-client roster costs, so it is worth mapping your own growth curve against these steps before choosing Pro over Studio.
What costs extra on top of the plan price?
Three things sit outside the Pro and Studio base price, and each is worth checking before choosing a tier on client count alone.
- Meal planning. Everfit's meal plan builder is a separate add-on starting at $39 a month. Clients still get food journaling on the base plan; building and assigning meal plans, and the macro targets a macro calculator would set, is the paid layer on top.
- Payments and Packages. Charging clients through Everfit starts at $9 a month extra, on either Pro or Studio.
- Branding. In-app branding, your logo and colors inside the shared Everfit app, is a $75 one-time fee on Pro and Studio. A real, independent store listing under your own name is Enterprise only, and Enterprise itself requires a 500-client Studio minimum to qualify.
The trial is 30 days with no card required, long enough to test the AI Workout Builder and food journaling before deciding whether the meal plan add-on is worth it.
How does Everfit's price compare at the same roster size?
At 100 clients, Everfit Pro is $140 a month, well below Trainerize Pro's $225 at the same size. Kahunas Ultimate covers an unlimited roster for $99 a month, and Scraler Premium covers up to 100 clients for $69 a month, both undercutting Everfit before any add-ons are counted. For the full field, the online coaching platforms comparison covers every vendor in this table side by side.
The gap changes shape once meal planning and payments are added to Everfit's price, since neither Kahunas nor Scraler charges extra for a payments layer at this tier. TrueCoach has no row here, since it stops publishing prices once a roster passes 50 clients.

Everfit's per-step pricing keeps it cheaper than Trainerize at every size shown here, though unlimited-client plans from Kahunas and My PT Hub, covered in the Everfit alternatives guide, still come in lower once a roster passes 50 or so clients.
Who is Everfit worth the price for?
Everfit suits a coach who wants a genuinely free plan to start on, then a clear per-client price to grow into, and does not mind paying separately for meal planning once clients need it. The step pricing rewards a coach who plans exactly how many clients they are carrying, since jumping from 34 to 36 clients moves you into the next, more expensive step regardless of how close you are to it. It is a weaker fit for a coach who wants meal planning and payments bundled into one number from day one.
- Meal planning is a $39 a month add-on, not included even on Studio
- Payments and Packages cost $9 a month extra on every paid plan
- A real, independent app store listing needs Enterprise and a 500-client Studio minimum
- A genuinely free Starter plan for 5 clients, no trial clock attached
- Client-step pricing stays cheaper than Trainerize at every size up to 300
- AI Workout Builder, 1,000+ exercise videos and habit coaching on every paid plan
For a side-by-side against the category leader, see Everfit vs Trainerize or the full Everfit alternatives roundup. Scraler is one option worth checking there too: Plus and Premium bundle workout planning and nutrition without a separate meal plan fee, Ultimate adds a white-label app as the roster grows, and an archived client falls out of the active count instead of still occupying a paid seat. For ratings and what coaches report, read our Everfit review.
It carries fewer years in the category than Everfit, and its 14 day trial needs a card on file even though nothing is charged until it ends. The switch page walks through rebuilding an Everfit roster, clients, workouts and meal plans included, on the new account.
Line up your own client count against Plus, Premium and Ultimate and see the real monthly number. The 14-day trial takes a card upfront but never bills it unless you stay past the trial.
