FitBudd Pricing Explained (2026)

FitBudd is one of the few platforms in this category that charges per extra client on top of every published plan, not just above a high ceiling. Prices below were checked on FitBudd's own pricing page on 22 September 2026, with the per-client math worked out against a real roster.

What do FitBudd's plans cost?

FitBudd charges per extra client on every published plan rather than jumping to a new price tier as a roster grows. That makes the headline price only part of the story. Our coaching software cost calculator prices FitBudd against ten rivals at your own roster size.

Pro is where most of FitBudd's named features start: custom app theming, a branded website and 1:1 video calling all sit on this plan and up. Super Pro adds a fully white-labelled app on top of Pro's 20 client, $2 per extra client structure, for a $149/month base plus a one-time $75 setup fee.

What does a real roster actually cost on FitBudd?

Because both published plans charge per extra client, the number that matters is not the plan price alone. Here is what the entry plan and Pro actually cost at several roster sizes, using FitBudd's own per-client rates.

2 clients
Entry plan cost
$15/month
Pro cost
$79/month
5 clients
Entry plan cost
$27/month ($15 + 3 x $4)
Pro cost
$79/month
10 clients
Entry plan cost
$47/month ($15 + 8 x $4)
Pro cost
$79/month
20 clients
Entry plan cost
$87/month ($15 + 18 x $4)
Pro cost
$79/month
30 clients
Entry plan cost
$127/month ($15 + 28 x $4)
Pro cost
$99/month ($79 + 10 x $2)
50 clients
Entry plan cost
$207/month ($15 + 48 x $4)
Pro cost
$139/month ($79 + 30 x $2)
100 clients
Entry plan cost
$407/month ($15 + 98 x $4)
Pro cost
$239/month ($79 + 80 x $2)

The entry plan's $4 per-client rate looks affordable at 5 clients but overtakes Pro's flat $79 by around 18 clients, and keeps climbing well past Pro at every size after that. Once a roster passes roughly 18 to 20 clients, Pro is the cheaper plan even before counting its extra features.

What costs extra on top of the plan price?

Beyond the per-client rate built into every published plan, several optional add-ons sit outside the headline price.

  • Super Pro's one-time setup fee. A fully white-labelled app on Super Pro carries a $75 one-time setup charge on top of the $149/month base.
  • Every extra client, on every published plan except Elite. The entry plan adds $4 per client beyond its first 2; Pro and Super Pro both add $2 per client beyond their first 20. Elite's per-client rate is not published.
  • Optional add-ons. Appointments, Team and Explore each cost $50/month; Smart Flow costs $20/month plus $1 per client above 20.

The trial is 30 days with no card required, long enough to run the per-client math against your actual roster before the extra client charges apply.

How does FitBudd's price compare at the same roster size?

At 100 clients, FitBudd Pro's $239/month after its per-client rate is the most expensive option in this group, more than Trainerize Pro's $225/month at the same size (full breakdown in the Trainerize pricing explainer). Kahunas Ultimate is $99/month for unlimited clients and Scraler Premium is $69/month for up to 100 clients, both with no per-client add-on.

FitBudd's per-client structure is closest to Trainerize's per-seat pricing, rather than the flat or unlimited models used by Kahunas, My PT Hub or Scraler.

Who is FitBudd worth the price for?

FitBudd suits a coach with a small, stable roster who wants a low entry price and features like water intake tracking and a 1 million+ food library, and who is comfortable recalculating the real monthly cost as clients are added. It is a weaker fit for a coach scaling past 20 or 30 clients, where the per-client rate erodes the initial price advantage. Clients tracking a daily water goal through FitBudd might already use a water intake calculator to set their own target first.

Cons
  • Every published plan charges per extra client, so the headline price understates the cost of a real roster
  • Four optional add-ons, Appointments, Team, Explore and Smart Flow, sit outside the headline price
  • At 100 clients, FitBudd Pro is the most expensive option in this comparison
Pros
  • One of the lower paid entry prices in this comparison at $15/month for 2 clients
  • A 1 million+ food library with barcode scanning, water intake and habit tracking on every plan
  • 30 day trial with no card required

FitBudd's food library and habit tracking sit closer to a nutrition-first tool than a full training platform; the nutrition coaching software comparison covers that angle in more depth. Scraler is one alternative worth weighing directly: Premium is a flat $69/month for up to 100 clients, with no per-client add-on, plus Stripe payments and AI generation included, and archiving a client removes them from that 100 straight away rather than leaving them billed. Its trial is 14 days and requires a card, shorter than FitBudd's 30 days, though nothing is charged until the trial ends. The switch page covers moving a FitBudd roster, clients, workouts and meal plans, across. If FitBudd is not the right fit either, the FitBudd alternatives guide covers the closest rivals directly.
