Hevy Coach Pricing Explained (2026)

Hevy Coach has one plan, priced purely by how many clients you carry, across nine tiers. There is no feature to unlock by paying more, only room for a bigger roster. Prices below were checked on Hevy Coach's own pricing page on 22 September 2026.

Hevy Coach pricing tiers scaling from $25 a month for 10 clients up to $700 a month for 1,000 clients, same features on every tier
In short
  • Nine tiers, all monthly billing only: $25/month for 1 to 10 clients, rising to $50, $90, $160, $250, $360, $460 and $550, up to $700/month for 501 to 1,000 clients.
  • Every tier has the same feature set. There is no Basic, Pro or Premium name and nothing to gate behind a higher price.
  • Clients train inside the consumer Hevy app, with Hevy Pro included free. That is the entire product decision: Hevy Coach is a coaching layer bolted onto an app your clients may already use, not a branded platform of your own.
  • There is no white-label app or own store listing on any tier, and no built-in way to charge clients. Coach subscriptions run through Paddle; client billing is not a Hevy Coach feature at all.
  • The trial is 30 days with no card required, tied with the longest trials in this category.

What do Hevy Coach's tiers cost?

Hevy Coach does not sell named plans. Instead it sells one product at nine price points, and which one you pay depends entirely on how many clients you've added. Every tier ships the same routine builder, progress tracking and client app. Our coaching software cost calculator prices Hevy Coach against ten rivals at your own roster size.

Every tier includes an unlimited program builder, exercise performance and adherence tracking, and a video library of 400-plus exercises plus unlimited custom exercises. Team name, logo and a customizable invite form are included at no extra cost on every tier too, which is unusual for a feature that gates behind a top plan almost everywhere else in this category.

The thing that makes or breaks Hevy Coach: clients train in Hevy, not in your app

For a coach whose clients already track lifts in Hevy, this is close to frictionless: no new app to install, and Hevy's tracking UI is well regarded among lifters. For a coach trying to build their own brand in a client's pocket, it is the opposite of what a white label fitness app gets you, and no tier of Hevy Coach changes that.

What costs extra, and what is simply missing?

Hevy Coach has almost nothing to upsell, because there is almost nothing sold beyond the client-count tier itself. That cuts both ways.

  • No client payments feature at all. Clients pay nothing to Hevy Coach, and there is no built-in way for a coach to bill clients through the platform. A coach who wants to charge clients directly needs a separate invoicing or payments tool entirely, which is a real cost this pricing page never shows.
  • No branded app on any tier, at any price. Unlike Trainerize, Kahunas or PT Distinction, there is no higher tier that unlocks a white-label app or your own app store listing. The 1,000-client top tier gets the identical client-app situation as the $25 entry tier.
  • No nutrition or macro tracking feature found on its official pages. Hevy Coach is a workouts-and-progress product; nutrition coaching sits outside it entirely, so a coach who needs it is reaching for nutrition coaching software as a separate purchase.

The 30-day trial needs no card, tying it for the longest in this category, and is enough time to find out whether the consumer Hevy client app fits how you coach before paying anything.

How does Hevy Coach's price compare at the same roster size?

At 100 clients, Hevy Coach's 51-to-100 tier is $160 a month, which undercuts Trainerize Pro's $225 comfortably but costs more than several rivals that include far more than workout tracking for the same or fewer dollars.

Every rival in that table bundles nutrition, check-ins and some form of payments into the same price. Hevy Coach's $160 buys workout tracking alone, so the real comparison is not the monthly figure but whether you actually need what the others include. Who is Hevy Coach worth the price for?

Hevy Coach suits a strength coach whose clients already use or would happily use the Hevy app to log lifts, and who wants a simple, honestly priced way to build programs and watch adherence without paying for nutrition or check-in tools they won't touch. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants their own brand in front of clients or needs to bill clients through the platform itself.

Cons
  • No branded app or own store listing on any tier, at any price
  • No client payments feature; billing clients means buying a separate tool
  • No nutrition or macro tracking feature found on its official pages, or a dedicated check-in feature
Pros
  • Pricing is transparent and identical in structure at every tier, with no feature gating to decode
  • Clients get a well-regarded consumer lifting app with Hevy Pro included free
  • Team branding and an unlimited program builder are included from the cheapest tier, not reserved for a top plan

Scraler covers the ground Hevy Coach leaves out in one plan: workout planning, nutrition and check-ins are included from Plus at $49/month for up to 50 clients, with client payments built in from Premium at $69/month, and the cap only ever tracks who is currently active since an archived client is dropped from it. It is a fair trade only if you actually need those, since Hevy Coach's narrower focus is also its main strength.

Scraler's own trial needs a card on file, unlike Hevy Coach's no-card 30 days, though nothing is charged until the trial ends. A coach choosing purely on strength-training pedigree should also weigh a 1RM calculator style tool against what Hevy's own tracking already gives clients for free. Frequently asked questions

How much does Hevy Coach cost per month?
Nine tiers by client count, monthly billing only: $25/month for 1 to 10 clients, $50 for 11 to 25, $90 for 26 to 50, $160 for 51 to 100, $250 for 101 to 200, $360 for 201 to 300, $460 for 301 to 400, $550 for 401 to 500, and $700 for 501 to 1,000.
Do higher Hevy Coach tiers unlock more features?
No. Every tier has the identical feature set: the same routine builder, progress tracking, exercise library and team branding. The only thing that changes between tiers is how many clients you can carry.
What app do Hevy Coach clients use?
Clients log their workouts in the consumer Hevy app, the same app available to anyone in the App Store or Google Play, with Hevy Pro included free through your Hevy Coach subscription. Coaches get a separate Hevy Coach app for programming and chat.
Does Hevy Coach offer a branded or white-label app?
No, on any tier. There is no white-label app or own app store listing at any price point, which sets it apart from rivals like Trainerize, Kahunas and PT Distinction that unlock one at a higher tier.
Can I charge my clients through Hevy Coach?
No. Hevy Coach has no client billing feature; clients pay nothing to Hevy Coach, and coach subscriptions themselves are billed through Paddle. A coach who wants to charge clients directly needs a separate payments tool.
