How much does Coachway cost?

Coachway's pricing page describes one plan: EUR 69 a month for up to 5 clients, then EUR 9 per additional client, every feature included and no tiers. Prices are ex-VAT and billed monthly. There is a 14-day free trial with nothing charged today, a card is required to start, and you can cancel any time under Billing. There is no lock-in period.

Two more costs sit outside the subscription. If you collect payments through Coachway's built-in system, there is a 2.4% fee per transaction. You connect your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. And because prices exclude VAT, add your local rate if you are not VAT registered. The per-client price falls as the roster grows: about EUR 13.80 a client at 5 clients, EUR 9.96 at 25, EUR 9.48 at 50 and EUR 9.24 at 100 (worked examples). The monthly total never stops rising, because every extra client adds EUR 9. That is the number to compare against a flat client band.

What you get for that: Coachway lists a Power Panel inbox, workout builder, meal planner, check-in forms, client progress, automations, payments and billing, lead management, team roles, a coach app and a branded client app. The client app runs in six languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German and English. It is a Copenhagen company, and its page leans on Nordic coaches.

How do the Coachway alternatives compare on price?

Entry prices below come from each app's own pricing page, checked on 7 October 2026. Coachway and Scraler are shown in EUR. The others displayed USD when we loaded their pages, so we show them in USD and do not convert. Check your own currency before you decide.

Why do coaches look for a Coachway alternative?

• The bill grows with every client. At EUR 9 per client above 5, a roster of 100 costs EUR 924 a month on the worked example. Flat bands stay put until you reach the cap.
• A card up front. The 14-day trial needs a card. My PT Hub (30 days) and TrueCoach (14 days) both say no card is required.
• Prices exclude VAT. Coachway says so on its pricing page, so the total on your invoice will be higher.
• A fee on built-in payments. Coachway charges 2.4% on payments through its system. Compare that with what you pay today.
• Language fit. The client app covers six languages. If most of your clients speak another one, that matters.

None of these make Coachway a poor choice. Its one-plan model is simple, and the per-client fee only hurts once the roster is large. They are common reasons to compare alternatives, so check which one applies to you.

What does 50 clients cost on each app?

This is where the pricing models split. Coachway's total is the worked example from its formula. The others are the plan prices read on their pages for a roster of 50.

Features differ, so a lower price is not the same as a better fit. The point is that a flat band and a per-client fee behave very differently as you grow. Everfit: a free tier, then per-client steps

TrueCoach: a branded app from Standard

TrueCoach sells three plans by active-client cap, and the prices above are on monthly billing. The page shows the annual view by default, where they drop to $26.34, $57.99 and $136.99 a month, billed annually. A custom-branded fitness app is listed from the Standard plan. My PT Hub Premium is $59 a month with unlimited clients and an AI workout builder, shown with 50% off the first two months. Scraler: workouts, nutrition, check-ins and payments in one app

Scraler is our own product, so weigh this section accordingly. Plus covers 50 clients for EUR 39 and adds the workout, meal plan and recipe builders. Premium is EUR 59 for 100 clients and adds AI generation, community, payments and the landing page builder. Ultimate, from EUR 99, adds the branded client app, a custom domain, automations and studio tools. Archived clients do not count against the cap.

How do you switch from Coachway?

Export what you can first: client contacts, current programmes and meal plans, and check-in history. Most platforms expect a rebuild rather than an import. Keep Coachway running until your clients have logged in to the new app, and tell them in advance. Scraler's switch page is a free service that rebuilds clients, workouts and meal plans from an export.
