HubFit Alternatives and HubFit Pricing in 2026
HubFit pricing is $39 a month for up to 50 clients (Standard), $69 for up to 100 clients (Premium) and from $119 for up to 100 clients (Ultimate), scaling to $419 at 500 clients. Annual billing saves two months. A white-label app is a $189 a month add-on. Below, five HubFit alternatives compared on price and clients. Checked 7 October 2026.

- HubFit Standard is $39 a month for 50 clients, Premium $69 for 100 clients, Ultimate $119 to $419 for 100 to 500 clients.
- Payments, custom branding and AI meal and workout tools start at Premium. Community, teams and Zapier start at Ultimate.
- A branded app on the App Store and Google Play is a separate $189 a month add-on on HubFit.
- At 100 clients HubFit Premium and Scraler Premium are both $69. My PT Hub Premium is $59 with unlimited clients, Everfit Pro is $140 and Trainerize Pro is $225.
- Most alternatives cap their cheapest plan at 2 to 5 clients, so compare the plan that fits your roster, not the entry price.
HubFit is a coaching platform for fitness and nutrition coaches, built around a client app, workout and meal planning, check-ins and payments. This guide covers what it costs and how five alternatives compare on price. Every figure comes from each vendor's own pricing page, read on 7 October 2026. Prices change, so confirm on the page before you commit. For what any platform should do, see our guide to personal trainer software.
What is HubFit pricing in 2026?
HubFit sells three plans, each with a client cap, and every plan starts with a 14 day free trial. Annual billing saves two months. HubFit also says clients never pay anything for the app, so the cost sits with you.

Above 500 clients, HubFit points you to live chat or email for dedicated tiers. Compared with most coaching apps, the entry plan is generous on client count: 50 clients on the cheapest plan, where several competitors cap theirs at 2 to 5.
What does each HubFit plan include?
- Standard ($39). Advanced workout builder, in-app workout and nutrition tracker, nutrition and macros planner, check-ins and questionnaires, habit coaching, onboarding automations, wearable integrations, 5,000+ exercise videos and 5,000+ recipes.
- Premium ($69). Everything in Standard plus a smart meal planner, Meal AI, Workout AI, recipe books, challenges, custom branding, payments and packages, and Autoflow events.
- Ultimate ($119 and up). Everything in Premium plus Workout Studio, group chats, community forums, team members, broadcast messages, Autoflow templates and a Zapier integration.
The practical read: a solo coach with up to 50 clients who does not need to take payments in the app can stay on Standard. Most coaches who sell packages will need Premium for payments and branding. Teams and community-led businesses land on Ultimate.
How much is a HubFit branded app?
HubFit lists its white-label Branded App as a $189 a month add-on, shown with the Ultimate plan. The page says the app goes on the App Store and Google Play under your name, icon and colors, is built and maintained by HubFit, has no setup fee and goes live in 7 to 10 days. It also says applications are open with limited launch spots.
Worked example, not a quote: Ultimate at 100 clients ($119) plus the Branded App ($189) is $308 a month on monthly billing. That is the number to compare with other platforms, not the $119 headline. To compare with a custom build, see fitness app development cost.
Why do coaches look for a HubFit alternative?
HubFit is priced fairly for what it includes, so the reasons to look elsewhere are specific rather than general.
- The branded app is extra. At $189 a month it more than doubles the cost of a 100 client Ultimate plan ($119 to $308).
- Payments start at Premium. The Standard plan has no payments and packages, so a coach selling through the app pays $30 more a month for it.
- You want a lower price at a small roster. Trainerize, Everfit, My PT Hub and TrueCoach all have cheaper entry plans, with lower client caps.
- You want a free tier. Trainerize and Everfit both have a free plan, for 1 and 5 clients. HubFit starts with a trial, not a free plan.
- You want an unlimited client cap. My PT Hub Premium has none.

What does each app cost at 100 clients?
Entry prices flatter the apps with tiny client caps, so the fairer test is the price at the roster size you plan to reach. At 100 clients on monthly billing: For a platform priced per client rather than by band, see Coachway alternatives.
My PT Hub Premium is $59 with unlimited clients. HubFit Premium and Scraler Premium are both $69. Everfit Pro is $140 at the 100 client step and Trainerize Pro is $225 at 100 seats. TrueCoach tops out at 50 clients on its Pro plan ($164.98), so it does not appear at 100. Features differ by plan, so a lower number is not always like for like.

Payments, advanced nutrition coaching and a branded app are optional add-ons. Annual billing saves 10 percent. It is the cheapest way to start and the most expensive at 100 clients. A custom-branded fitness app is part of Standard and Pro, which undercuts HubFit's separate $189 add-on, though TrueCoach's plans cap clients far lower. It also includes a MyFitnessPal nutrition tracker and a 3,500+ video library. See TrueCoach pricing.
Everfit: free for 5 clients, then stepped pricing

Annual billing brings the 100 client step down to $117. Its white-label solution sits in the contact-sales tier rather than on a self-serve plan. See Everfit pricing and Everfit alternatives.

A custom branded app is a $95 one-time add-on and a white-label store listing is $145 a month. The trial is 30 days with no card. See My PT Hub pricing.

Premium is $69 for 100 clients and adds unlimited AI program and meal generation, payments, community and a landing page builder, the same price as HubFit Premium. Ultimate starts at $109 for 100 clients and includes the white-label app, custom domain, automations and studio tools, where HubFit charges $189 a month on top. Our own yearly price is 9 months of the monthly price.

HubFit is cheaper from 300 clients up if you do not need the white-label app. With the app included, Scraler is cheaper at every tier shown. iOS goes under your own Apple Developer account, and Android is published under Scraler's Google Play account, so you need no Google developer account. Scraler also has no free plan and its trial needs a card.
Workouts, meal plans, check-ins, chat and payments in one client app, with a white-label option on Ultimate.
