Mindbody Pricing in 2026: What It Actually Costs
Mindbody's pricing page names three plans, Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate, and puts a "Let's talk" button on all three instead of a number. Starter does have a published price, $79 a month per location, but it sits on a separate pricing explainer rather than on the pricing page. Accelerate and Ultimate carry no figure anywhere. Checked September 2026.

- Starter is $79 a month per location. That figure is on Mindbody's own pricing explainer, not on its pricing page, where all three plans show a "Let's talk" button.
- Accelerate and Ultimate carry no published figure anywhere, so the two tiers above entry cannot be compared against rivals without a sales call.
- Priced per location, so a second site doubles the base cost before any plan change.
- Payment processing has no published rate at all. Mindbody's page says the rate depends on the plan and sends you to sales.
- There is no per-seat charge; staff users are unlimited per location on every tier. Member count is a different question, and no limit is published for Starter at all.
- The Mindbody app can generate a 20% referral commission on a booking it brings in, capped at $30 (or the local equivalent).
What do Mindbody's plans cost?
The pricing page itself is one of the two least forthcoming in the category, and Glofox is now the only one below it. Mindbody names three plans, Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate, and shows a monthly figure for none of them; every card ends in the same "Let's talk" button, and the only number on the page is an unattached "Starting at 99 Euro/month per location" line. The Starter price does exist in writing, $79 a month per location, on Mindbody's own pricing explainer article, which the pricing page does not link to. Our gym software cost calculator lines up what all eight publish at your member count.

Multi-location studios get an "Enterprise" option, described only as a custom quote for multiple locations, again with no published figure. Whichever plan a studio ends up on, the actual number comes from a sales conversation, not the page.
What the page implies versus what a studio actually pays
A studio owner skimming the pricing page walks away with one unattached figure and no idea which tier it belongs to. The answer is published, just not there: Starter is $79 a month per location on Mindbody's pricing explainer, which the pricing page never points at. Accelerate and Ultimate are a different matter, with no figure on either page, so a studio weighing the tier above entry still has nothing to compare and the processing rate comes from a sales call regardless.
What costs extra on top of the plan price?
Mindbody publishes a handful of fee details even though it withholds the plan prices themselves. These are the ones stated on its own pricing page.
- Setup fee. None on any plan, stated directly on the page.
- Payment processing. No flat rate is published. The rate depends on which plan you choose, per the page, which points you to sales for a number.
- Per-seat charges. None. Users are unlimited per location on every tier.
- Mindbody app referral commission. 20% of a booking, capped at $30 (or the local equivalent), charged only when the Mindbody app brings in a client the business would not otherwise have received.
- SMS overage. Texts beyond the plan's monthly bundle are billed at "a fraction of a cent" each. No exact per-message rate is published.
The referral commission is the one fee Mindbody is specific about: a capped 20% on app-sourced bookings only, nothing on direct or word-of-mouth bookings.
How does that compare with vendors who do publish a number?
Most of Mindbody's direct rivals also lead with a floor price rather than a full grid, but several of them attach real figures to named tiers, which Mindbody does not do at all. One caveat on reading the table: Mindbody publishes its floor in euros while the rest publish in US dollars, so the figures are not directly comparable.

| PushPress | Free, $0/month; Pro, $159/month | Yes, both named to specific plans |
Gymdesk and Zen Planner both name a client band next to their entry price, so a studio can at least estimate where it lands. Mindbody gives no equivalent. Zen Planner, Glofox, Gymdesk, TeamUp, Wodify and PushPress pricing are each covered in full in their own articles.
Who is Mindbody worth the sales call for?
Mindbody is one of the best-known names in gym and studio management software, and its own pricing page points at the reason: the fee schedule assumes a consumer app that sends the studio bookings it would not otherwise have received, which is why the only fee Mindbody quantifies is a commission on those bookings. A studio that wants that discovery channel, and is prepared to get a quote before comparing numbers, is Mindbody's buyer. A studio that wants to compare prices on the page before ever talking to sales will not find that here, on any of the three named plans.
- No price published for Starter, Accelerate or Ultimate, only "Let's talk" buttons
- No client or member limit stated for any tier
- Payment processing rate is not published; the page sends you to sales
- The one published figure, "Starting at 99 Euro/month per location", is not attached to a named plan
- No setup fee on any plan, stated directly on the page
- No per-seat charge; users are unlimited per location on every tier
- The Mindbody app referral commission is capped and clearly defined, 20% up to $30, and applies only to bookings the app itself sources
- Multi-location studios are quoted as an Enterprise account rather than stacked onto a single-site plan
For more on the wider category, see the Mindbody alternatives guide or the gym management software roundup. Scraler is not a like-for-like replacement for a facility platform: no access control, no membership cards, no kiosk check-in, no turnstiles, no point of sale. What it does have is studio and staff management, multiple locations, classes with capacity limits, public booking, Stripe payments, and a white-label app on its top tier, a fit for a coaching-led studio rather than a facility needing turnstile access or a front-desk kiosk.
Scraler publishes every price on its pricing page: Plus is $49 a month for up to 50 clients, Premium is $69 a month for up to 100, and Ultimate runs $109 to $499 across client bands from 100 to 500. No "Let's talk" step, and Stripe processing runs at Stripe's own published rates.
Put your own client count next to Plus, Premium and Ultimate and see the monthly total straight away. Fourteen days free to test it, a card on file from the start, nothing pulled unless you stay on past the trial.
View pricingFrequently asked questions
- How much does Mindbody cost per month?
- Starter is $79 a month per location. That figure is published on Mindbody's own pricing explainer rather than on its pricing page, where all three tiers show a "Let's talk" button and no number. Accelerate and Ultimate are contact for pricing at any size.
- Does Mindbody charge a payment processing fee?
- The page states processing pricing depends on which plan you choose, but does not publish a percentage or per-transaction rate anywhere. You need to speak to sales to get that number.
- Is there a setup fee for Mindbody?
- No. Mindbody's pricing page states there is no setup fee on any plan.
- Does Mindbody charge per user or per staff seat?
- No. Users are unlimited per location on every Mindbody tier, so adding staff accounts does not increase the price.
- What is the Mindbody app referral fee?
- A 20% commission on a booking, capped at $30 or the local currency equivalent, charged only when the Mindbody consumer app brings in a client the business would not otherwise have received.
