Gym Management Software: Every Published Price Compared (2026)
Gym management software runs access control, membership billing and point of sale for a facility. This hub prices seven such systems, Mindbody, Glofox, Zen Planner, Gymdesk, TeamUp, Wodify and PushPress, against Scraler, on their own pricing pages. Scraler is not one of the seven, and we say exactly why below.

- Mindbody and Glofox publish no price for any named tier. Both show a sales-call button instead of a figure.
- Gymdesk is the clearest published structure here: four flat tiers from $75 to $200 a month by active member band, no sales call needed.
- Zen Planner publishes the most complete grid of anyone here, eight member bands across three plans, but on a separate active member tiers page rather than its pricing page.
- TeamUp is one usage-based plan, $189/month at the 101 to 200 active customer bracket. PushPress has a genuine $0/month tier with unlimited members.
- Scraler has no access control, membership cards, kiosk check-in or point of sale. Buy one of the seven above if that is what you actually need.
Is Scraler a gym management system?
No. Scraler has no access control, no membership cards, no kiosk check-in, no turnstiles and no point of sale integration, the core of what the seven platforms below are built around. What it does have: classes with a set capacity, public booking, Stripe payments and, on its top plan, multi-location studio and staff management plus a white-label mobile app. If a facility needs a member to badge through a door or buy a shake at a front desk, buy one of the seven below instead. Scraler fits a coaching-led studio selling programming and classes, not a staffed, 24-hour access facility. Our gym software cost calculator lines up what all eight publish at your member count. For coaching-led studios, see our guide to fitness studio software.
How do all eight compare on published price?
Three of these publish a price for every tier they sell, three publish a single figure and quote the rest, and one publishes nothing but a floor. The table below states exactly what each page shows, not what a sales call might quote.

Mindbody
Mindbody names three tiers, Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate, and shows a "Let's talk" button on all three instead of a number. Starter is $79 a month per location, a figure Mindbody publishes on its own pricing explainer rather than on the pricing page. Accelerate and Ultimate carry no figure on either.
- Starter / Accelerate / Ultimate
- Not published, "Let's talk"
- Setup fee
- None on any plan, per the vendor's own text
- Per-seat charge
- None, unlimited users per location on every tier
- App referral fee
- 20% of the booking, capped at $30 or 30 in local currency, only on a client the Mindbody app brings in
Glofox
Glofox's pricing page is an interactive quiz, not a table. The only figure on the linked plans page is a floor line, not attached to a specific tier's feature list. See Glofox alternatives for other options.
- Essential / Boost / Elite
- Not published
- Floor line shown
- None. The figure older comparisons quote has been removed
- Enterprise
- Not published, "contact us to discuss a custom enterprise plan"
- Fees
- None disclosed. Page says "no hidden fees" with no fee schedule shown
Zen Planner
Zen Planner prices all three tiers at every one of eight active-member bands, though that grid sits on a separate active member tiers page rather than on its pricing page. See Zen Planner alternatives for other options.
- Studio
- Starting at $99/month
- Essentials
- Starting at $198/month
- Ultimate
- Starting at $348/month
- Add-ons
- Branded mobile app $39/month, card readers $39/month, payment processing "custom pricing", no rate published
Gymdesk
Gymdesk publishes a flat figure for all four member bands, so a gym can read its own price straight off the page. Only the Enterprise band, above 400 active members, sits behind a sales call. The page also states that frozen members, cancelled clients and prospects do not count toward the band. See Gymdesk alternatives for other options.
- Micro Gym
- $75/month, up to 50 active members
- Small Gym
- $100/month, 51 to 100 active members
- Medium Gym
- $150/month, 101 to 200 active members
- Large Gym
- $200/month, 201 to 400 active members (Enterprise above that: not published)
Setup fee is $0 on every tier. Door Access (beta) is $100/month for up to 3 doors, then $29/month per extra door; the Branded Member App add-on is $100/month, first month free. Payment processing rate is not published.
TeamUp
TeamUp runs one usage-based plan rather than named tiers. The page's default view, at the time this was checked, showed the 101 to 200 active customer bracket. See TeamUp alternatives for other options.
- Core platform
- $189/month at the 101 to 200 active customer bracket
- Other brackets
- Set by a client-side slider, under 100 through 501+, not visible in a static page fetch
- Setup fee
- None, per the vendor's own text
- Custom Branded App add-on
- $99/month on top of the base plan
Wodify
Wodify's Essentials price is an offer against a struck-through regular $199, tied to a book a demo by 31 October deadline. It was live when this was checked and is framed as $100 off for life, but the deadline is the thing to re-check. See Wodify alternatives for other options.
- Essentials
- $99/month per location, cut from $199/month (offer, deadline 31 October)
- Accelerate / Ultimate
- Not published, both gated behind "Get Started"
- Card processing
- As low as 2.6% + $0.25, a floor that varies by package and country
- Onboarding fee
- Confirmed to exist, amount not published
PushPress
PushPress is the only platform here with a genuine free tier rather than a trial, and it publishes a per-tier card processing rate that the others do not.
- Free
- $0/month, unlimited members, leads, admins and staff
- Pro
- $159/month, unlimited members, leads, admins and staff
- Max
- $229/month, unlimited members, leads, admins and staff
- Card processing
- 4.99% + $0.30 (Free), 2.89% + $0.30 (Pro), 2.75% + $0.30 (Max)
Scraler
Scraler is included for contrast, not as an eighth gym management system. These are its own published tiers, not a vendor fact sheet, since Scraler is our own product.
- Basic
- $0/month, 0 active clients, view-only archive tier
- Plus
- $49/month, up to 50 active clients
- Premium
- $69/month, up to 100 active clients, adds AI generation and payments
- Ultimate
- From $109/month at 100 clients, tiers up to 500
What costs extra everywhere
None of these seven publish fees the same way, which makes an apples to apples read of the "real" price impossible from the pricing pages alone.
- Payment processing. Only Wodify (as low as 2.6% + $0.25) and PushPress (2.75% to 4.99% + $0.30 by tier) publish a percentage. Mindbody points to sales instead. Zen Planner calls it "custom pricing". Gymdesk, TeamUp and Glofox publish no rate at all.
- A branded app. Where it exists as an add-on it is paid: Zen Planner $39/month, PushPress $81 to $97/month, TeamUp $99/month, Gymdesk $100/month with the first month free. Scraler bundles this into its top plan instead.
- Multiple locations. Wodify's Essentials price is per location, and so is Mindbody's $79 Starter, so a second site doubles the base cost on either. Gymdesk adds $50/month per extra location. Glofox publishes no per-location figure.
- Setup fees. Mindbody, Gymdesk and TeamUp each state there is none. Zen Planner's FAQ implies one can apply outside preferred processors, with no amount given. Wodify confirms a fee exists but does not publish it. Glofox and PushPress say nothing either way.
Which one should you actually buy?
For a full number with no sales call, start with Gymdesk, Zen Planner, TeamUp or PushPress, the four that price every tier they sell. Glofox expects a conversation before it names anything at all, and Mindbody names only its entry tier. Wodify's offer price is worth re-checking against its deadline before you rely on it. If you are still budgeting the space itself, see how much it costs to open a gym.
If none of that access control and point of sale layer applies to you, Scraler's Premium plan is $69 a month for up to 100 clients, with a white-label app on Ultimate from $109 a month. It is a coaching platform, not a gym management system.
See Scraler's plans at your own client count. Fourteen days free to test it, a card on file from the start, nothing pulled unless you stay on past the trial.
View pricingFrequently asked questions
- Which gym management platform has the lowest published price?
- PushPress Free is $0 a month for unlimited members. Among paid tiers, Gymdesk's Micro Gym is $75 a month for up to 50 active members, the lowest paid figure published in this comparison.
- Which vendors do not publish a price for any tier?
- Glofox publishes no price at all any more. Its pricing page is a three-step form and the "plans starting at $99 per month" line older comparisons quote has gone. Mindbody's pricing page is similar, a "Let's talk" button on all three tiers, but it does publish $79 a month per location for Starter on a separate pricing explainer. Accelerate and Ultimate have no figure anywhere.
- Is Scraler a gym management system?
- No. Scraler has no access control, membership cards, kiosk check-in, turnstiles or point of sale. It suits a coaching-led studio selling programming and classes, not a facility that needs a member to badge through a door.
