Why look for a Wodify alternative on price alone

Wodify's pricing page shows "starting at $199 $99/month per location" for Essentials, with the discount framed as $100 off for life for anyone who books a demo by 31 October. Accelerate and Ultimate, which add lead management, marketing automation and Wodify Perform tracking, carry no figure anywhere, only a Get Started button. Every tier lists Unlimited Clients and Employees, so the lever that moves the bill is locations, not headcount. Mindbody

Mindbody's own pricing page puts a "Let's talk" button on all three tiers, and the $79 Starter figure only shows up on a separate pricing explainer article. Mindbody prices per location, so two sites double the Starter cost, and no client, staff or member limit is published for it. Glofox

Glofox's pricing page is now a three-step form asking for business type, number of locations and contact details, with no figure shown before or after. That is a step behind even Wodify, which at least names one tier's price. Processing rate, setup fee and per-seat pricing are all absent from the page. More on the Glofox alternatives page.

Zen Planner

Zen Planner prices by active members with a published ladder from $99 up to $289 a month across eight bands, the fullest ladder in this set alongside Gymdesk. Essentials adds $99 to the Studio price at every band and Ultimate adds $249, so the 0 to 45 member band runs $99, $198 or $348 depending on tier. It suits a martial arts school or fitness studio that wants belt and skill tracking alongside billing and payroll, where Wodify is built around WOD-based classes for CrossFit affiliates and functional fitness boxes. Gymdesk

Gymdesk is the most transparent vendor in this comparison: every tier is a published price against a published member bracket, month to month, with no setup or cancellation fee. Door access is a $100/month add-on for up to three doors plus $29/month per extra door, and a branded member app add-on is $100/month with the first month free. TeamUp

TeamUp prices a single plan against an interactive slider running from under 100 up to 501-plus active customers, but only the 101 to 200 figure, $189/month, renders without touching the slider. Point of sale and access control are listed on the plan itself rather than sold as add-ons. Wodify lists a point of sale on Essentials but publishes nothing on door access. PushPress

PushPress is the only vendor in this comparison with a genuinely free tier rather than a trial: Free costs $0/month with no member cap, at the cost of the highest processing rate of the three. That undercuts Wodify's cheapest published figure entirely for a gym willing to start on the free plan.

Scraler

Scraler is not a gym management system, and it is worth being direct about that up front. There is no access control, membership cards, kiosk check-in, turnstiles or point of sale, and Wodify lists a point of sale and a payroll calculator on Essentials that Scraler does not match. What Scraler has is studio and staff management, multiple locations, classes with a set capacity and public booking, Stripe payments from Premium, and a white-label app on Ultimate, with iOS published under the trainer's own Apple Developer account ($99/year to Apple) and Android under Scraler's Google Play account at no cost to the trainer.
