Open a category, hit Upload, and the file is filed for you — no second step.
Share with one client, or all of them.
Pick a file, pick who gets it. Select a handful of clients or select all — anyone who already has it is marked, so nobody gets it twice.
Select many, share once
Tick three clients or the whole roster; already-shared clients show a Shared badge instead of a checkbox.
Shared or private, per client
A visibility switch decides whether the file shows in their app or stays attached to their profile for your eyes only.
Change your mind any time
Flip a shared file to private, or unshare it entirely, from the client’s Resources tab.
