On-Demand workouts
Curate collections of standalone workouts clients can browse and start anytime — plus your own exercise demo videos in place of the stock loop.

Not every session belongs on a calendar. On-Demand lets you group workouts you have already built into collections your clients can browse and start whenever they want — a mobility series for rest days, a hotel-room circuit for travel weeks, a twenty-minute burner for the days the plan falls apart. And while you are in there: every exercise can now carry a demo video you filmed yourself instead of the stock library loop.
- 1Build a collection
Name it, add a cover, and drop in workout templates from your library. Group them under your own section headings and drag them into the order you want them attempted.
- 2Publish when it is ready
Collections start as drafts only you can see. Flip the publish switch and they appear for your clients — flip it back and they quietly disappear. On-Demand can also be switched off per client.
- 3They tap play, anytime
Clients browse the collection on web or mobile and start a workout straight into the normal logging flow — sets, reps and weight all land in their history like any scheduled session.
- Hotel Room Circuits — bodyweight only, under 25 minutes — for travel weeks
- Mobility & Recovery — ten-minute flows for rest days and stiff mornings
- 20-Minute Home Burners — no kit, no excuses — for the days the plan slips
- Conditioning Finishers — short add-ons a client can bolt onto any session
- Collections built from the workout templates you already have
- Your own section headings, drag ordering and cover art
- Draft / published state per collection, plus a per-client On-Demand toggle
- Custom exercise demo videos — upload MP4, WebM or MOV up to 50MB, or link YouTube/Vimeo
- Uploads stored in a private bucket and served on short-lived signed links
- Video counts against your plan storage: 1 GB on Plus, 5 GB on Premium, 20 GB on Ultimate
How trainers use it
Cover the weeks the plan breaks
Travel, illness, a missed session — instead of nothing, the client opens a collection and still trains.
Scale beyond the calendar
One collection serves every client at once, so a low-touch tier gets real content without more of your hours.
Put your own coaching on every rep
Film the cue once and it replaces the stock demo everywhere that exercise appears — including your branded app.
