The Clients page is your client roster. Search, filter by status or category, and manage profiles from here.

A colored dot shows each client's current state:
Active
Signed up and has full access
Invited
Invitation sent, awaiting signup
Not Invited
Added to your roster, but no invitation has been sent yet
Archived
Data preserved, but the client can't log in and doesn't count toward your plan's client limit
See Invitations & Status for the full breakdown.
Archiving removes a client from your active roster without deleting anything. Archive a client from their profile, their card's more-options menu, or the mass-select bar. You can't archive a client who still has a subscription billing them — cancel it first.
Data Preserved
Training history, meal plans, progress photos, and messages are all kept
Login Blocked
The client can't sign in while archived, and their push notifications are turned off
Doesn't Count Toward Your Limit
Only active and invited clients count against your plan's client cap — archived clients are free
Reactivate Anytime
Bring them back with one click, as long as you're under your plan's client limit
Categories are labels you create yourself to group clients by goal, program, or anything else you track. They sit in the sidebar on the Clients page, under the status filters.
Add New Category
Click Add New Category in the sidebar, type a name, and press Enter. New categories pick up your brand color, which is why every dot in the sidebar looks the same.
Client Counts
Each category shows how many clients are in it, and All Categories shows the total for the status filter you are on.
Assigning Categories
Open a client card's more-options menu and choose Add Category to pick categories in a dialog. To tag several clients at once, use Assign Categories in mass select.
Deleting Categories
Deleting a category only removes the label. It disappears from every client who had it, and no client data is touched.
Click a category to filter the list, or All Categories to clear it. The category filter stacks with the status filter above it (All Clients, Active Clients, Invited Clients, Archived), so you can narrow to just the active clients in one category.
You can assign up to 3 categories per client.

Need to act on a bunch of clients at once? Turn on mass select mode, check the clients you want, then pick an action.
Assign Categories
Tag selected clients
Reactivate Selected
Bring archived clients back into your active roster (blocked once you hit your plan's client limit)
Move to Inactive
Archive selected clients. Blocked for any client with an active subscription still billing them
Delete Selected
Remove selected (with confirmation)

Each client card also has its own more-options menu (the "⋮" icon):
View Profile
Add Category
Move to Inactive
Archive this client. The same item shows Reactivate for a client who's already archived
Delete Client
Client capacity depends on your plan:
Basic Plan
0
No active clients
Plus Plan
50
Up to 50 active clients
Premium Plan
100
Up to 100 active clients
Ultimate Plan
100–500
100 to 500 active clients
When you reach your limit, the "Add New Client" button changes to "Upgrade to Add Clients". On Basic it opens the upgrade window. On a paid plan it takes you to Settings → Subscription & Billing so you can move up a tier. Archived clients do not count toward your limit.
