Group your workout templates into collections clients can browse and start themselves, whenever they want — separate from the training plans you assign on a schedule.
A training plan is scheduled: you assign it, and it shows up on the client's calendar day by day. An On-Demand collection is self-serve: you publish a set of workouts, and the client picks one whenever they want to train. Both can exist for the same client at the same time.

From the Workouts area, open the On-Demand tab and click "New collection". Give it a name, then drag workouts in from the library on the left, or click one to add it. Group workouts into named sections, reorder them by dragging, and set a cover image — or leave it blank and Scraler tiles together up to four workout thumbnails automatically.

Each collection has three states: Draft (only you can see it), Included (free for your clients), or For sale (clients buy it, priced through your Finance products). Switching a published collection back to Draft cuts off every client who can currently see it, including anyone who paid for it — Scraler asks you to confirm if it has buyers.
Published collections appear under an On-Demand tab inside My Workouts on the client side, alongside their scheduled training. Opening a collection lists its workouts by section; tapping the play button starts one immediately, the same way starting any other workout does.

On-Demand is one toggle on a client's Settings tab, labelled On-Demand. It also controls the separate self-paced Programs area at My Programs, where clients can start any multi-week training plan you've published for free — a different content type to On-Demand collections, sharing the same switch.
