Let clients book themselves
Set your hours and services once, then let clients and landing page visitors book a free slot.
Set your availability
Clients can only book when you're open, so start with your weekly hours, under Availability. Weekdays fills Monday to Friday in one click. Add hours on any other day, and save.
Create an appointment type
Appointment types are the services clients can book. Let's add a free intro call. Set the length, switch it to online, and give it its own booking times if you like. This one is Fridays only.
How clients book in the app
This is your client's side, in the app. They choose a service and a day, and only see times that are still free on your calendar. The booking is confirmed right away, and it's on your calendar.
Turn booking off for a client
Scheduling can also be switched off for a single client, in their profile settings.
Bookings from your landing page
On Premium and Ultimate, your landing page takes bookings too. Add the Appointments section and save. A visitor picks a time and leaves a name and email. Once they confirm from their inbox, you have a new client with a session already booked.
