Your trainer has invited you to their platform. Here is how to get set up.
Your home screen shows everything at a glance. See your next workout, today's meals, upcoming appointments, and messages from your trainer.

Go to My Workouts to see your training plan. Your trainer assigns workouts for each day. Tap Start to begin a session and log your sets, reps, and weight.

Log Sets & Reps
Enter your reps and weight for each set. Tap the checkmark when done.
Track Progress
See a progress bar for each workout. Know exactly how far along you are.
Workout History
View all your past workouts and see how you have improved over time.
You can also create your own custom workouts if your trainer allows it.
Go to My Meals to view your meal plan for each day. See what to eat, how much, and the calories and macros for every meal.

Your trainer may ask you to check in regularly. Go to Checkups to submit your weight, progress photos, and notes about how you are feeling.

Go to Chat to message your trainer directly. Ask questions, share updates, or send files.

Text Messages
Send and receive messages in real time.
Voice Notes
Record and send voice messages.
File Sharing
Share photos, documents, and attachments.

Go to Schedule to see your upcoming appointments and training sessions.

Cancel or Reschedule
Change or cancel upcoming appointments if needed.
Go to Billing to view your subscription, download invoices, and manage your payment method.
