Roles decide what each team member can do. Your own roles sit here, next to four ready-made ones: Admin, Trainer, Finance and Nutritionist.
What a role is
A role is a set of switches. Front Desk can schedule, message and manage clients, and nothing else.
Create a role
Make your own: give it a name, and switch on what it may do: training, nutrition, check-ins, habits, clients. Create it, and it is ready to hand out.
Give someone a role
To give someone a role, edit them and pick it. Their access changes straight away.
