The settings tab on each client profile lets you control which features a client can access, edit their personal details, and set goals and targets for their training.
Control which platform features this client can access — training, nutrition, chat, and more.
Name, email, phone, date of birth, body metrics, activity level, and unit system.
Target weight, body fat, body measurements, and strength goals with 1RM targets.
The first section of the settings tab shows all available features organized by category. Each feature has a toggle switch to enable or disable it for this specific client. Features can be activated via a subscription plan, enabled by default on your free tier, or turned on manually per client.

Each toggle shows where the feature comes from — via a subscription plan, enabled by default on your free tier, or manually enabled for this client.
Switch to the Profile sub-tab to view and edit your client's personal details. This section is only visible to trainers with the "Edit Client Profiles" permission (studio masters always have access). Changes are saved manually with the Save button.
Contact Details
First name, last name, email address, and phone number. The email is used for login and notifications.
Body Metrics
Current height and weight. Displayed in metric or imperial depending on the unit system setting.
Date of Birth
Used to calculate age-appropriate training recommendations and caloric needs.
Gender
Options include male, female, other, and prefer not to say. Used for body fat formulas and nutritional calculations.
Activity Level
Sedentary, lightly active, moderately active, very active, or extra active. Affects caloric recommendations.
Unit System
Override the trainer's default unit system for this client. Choose metric (kg, cm), imperial (lbs, ft), or use the trainer default.
The Profile sub-tab is only visible to trainers with the "Edit Client Profiles" permission. Studio masters always have access.
Below the personal details you'll find the goals section where you can set specific targets. These appear on the client's progress dashboard and help you track whether they're on pace.
Target Weight
The weight your client is working toward. Shows as a goal line on their weight chart.
Target Body Fat
Their body fat percentage goal (1–60%). Displayed alongside current measurements.
Measurement Goals
Set target measurements for waist, chest, arms, and legs. Displayed in cm or inches based on the unit system.
Strength Goals
Add exercises with 1RM targets. The exercise field auto-suggests from your exercise library as you type. Add or remove goals as needed.
