Here's exactly what happens after you submit your branded app from the dashboard:
You finish the app wizard in your dashboard.
App name, icon, description, screenshots — all set in Settings → App Store. You only need to connect an Apple Developer account for iOS; Android needs nothing from you.
Scraler builds your Android app.
We compile a unique build with your bundle id, branding, and assets baked in. The build is signed with our keystore.
We publish it on Google Play under Scraler’s console.
Your app gets its own listing on Google Play — your name, your icon, your screenshots. The publisher name shown on the listing is "Scraler" (or your business via our publisher attribution, where eligible).
Your clients download "your" app.
They search by your app name in the Play Store and install it. Inside the app, everything is your branding end to end.
Apple's App Store rules (Guideline 4.3 — "cloned apps") require white-label apps to be published under each business's own Apple Developer account. Google Play has no equivalent restriction, so we can ship Android centrally on your behalf.
Will my app still look like my brand on Google Play?
Yes — your app name, icon, screenshots, and description are all yours. The only thing on Scraler’s side is the publishing account behind it.
Can I move to my own Google Play Console later?
Yes. If you want full ownership of the listing (e.g. when you scale to a studio), reach out to support and we’ll help you transfer the app to your own developer account.
What if I leave Scraler?
Your Apple app is yours by default since it lives in your Apple account. For Android, your branding and assets remain yours — we’d work with you to unpublish the Scraler-hosted listing.
