Reviewing Submissions

Submitted check-ins show all responses in a single view:

After reviewing, you can add the data to the client's progress charts, reply with a message or a video, send it back for changes, or leave a private note only you can see.

Video Replies

Type a reply, record a video, or both. You record it in the browser from your dashboard — no extra app, no Loom account — and your client watches it right on the check-in, in their dashboard and in the app.

• Open a submission, click Reply, then Record video and pick how you want to record. Nothing is captured until you press Start.
• The controls sit in a floating panel you can drag anywhere, resize, or collapse to a small strip with just the timer, pause and stop — so it stays out of your screen recording.
• The recording keeps running while you move around the dashboard, so you can open the client's training plan or nutrition mid-take and talk over it.
• You can switch between camera, screen, and screen + camera in the middle of a take. It all ends up as one video.
• Watch it back before it goes out. Re-record it, delete it, or add text to the same reply — the video is only uploaded when you send.
• Already using Loom or YouTube? Paste a link instead of recording. A reply carries one video, so a recording and a link replace each other.

Up to 3 minutes per video. Clients can watch a recorded reply for 90 days. The text of your reply stays on the check-in for good. The first time, your browser asks for camera and microphone access — and for screen sharing if you pick one of the screen modes.
