Create and manage categories for your individual workout templates. Whether you organize by training style, body part focus, or difficulty level, categories give you a fast way to find the right workout when building plans or assigning sessions.

Add a new category from the workout section. Give it a descriptive name and choose a color. Your categories are completely flexible — use whatever naming convention makes sense for your coaching style.

When creating or editing a workout template, you can assign one or more categories to it. Workouts can belong to multiple categories — for example, a workout could be tagged as both "Upper Body" and "Strength" at the same time.
Use the category filter on the workouts page to quickly narrow down your templates. This is particularly useful when you have a large library and need to find a specific type of workout to add to a training plan.
